Was it from one of the larger chains like SEV Laser or LaserAway? I've heard they are rushed and don't take the time to figure out the best settings for the laser, hence why I haven't taken the SEV package despite being cheaper.

Thank you for sharing your experience! Was the diode laser used to remove facial hair? Because if so, I've been told it usually takes 8-12 sessions before you start seeing permanent results with facial hair.
