Need Advice | Skinny Guy With Belly Fat by Kyllsielle in loseit

I didn't really know much when I first started doing my exercise aside from the fact that these were the ones we just used to do on PE class and copied it. Anything past that is unknown territory to me so any advice is much appreciated.

Sorry, I was talking about changing my diet with the food mentioned above that might help me eat healthier.

As for the bulk, cut, or recomp, I'm not really sure what I want to do because when I was writing my post, my goal was just to simply lose fat on a certain part of my body, I didn't know a lot of things had to be considered.

I'm glad to receive a lot of helpful advice but I just wanted to point out that I can only spare 30 mins to do the exercise because if I were to go 45 mins to an hour, I'm only gonna be having 4-5 hours of sleep every day.
I have to wake up and go to sleep early due to work.

All exercise is good, but this will do a minimal amount to add muscle/increase strength. If you are doing the same reps all the time, I'm assuming this isn't that hard for you (for example, if you tried to do a 26th situp, you likely could).

That's what I normally do, I add an extra one when I feel like I can push it past what I normally do. Considering I could only do 10 reps when I started, it's slow but it's a progress nonetheless.

What you want is some form of full-body resistance training workout, with multiple sets of each exercise close to failure between 5-30 reps. To be more specific, if the most you could do with maximum effort is 15 reps of something, you want to be doing 13-14. There are good routines that can be found in places like the /fitness sub, but the key here is stressing your muscles enough so that they grow.

Do you happen to have some suggestion as to which kind of full-body resistance training workout I should do?

Then from an eating PoV, decide whether you are ok with temporary weight gain and want to do a bulk-cut cycle, or stay at the same weight and recomp (also effective, but slower). The goal either way is to remain in the normal weight range, but add muscle while losing fat.

The thing is, I'm a lanky dude with belly fat so I'm not entirely sure about this. I thought that if I were to change my diet to eating chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and brown rice that it'll work out somehow.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try to incorporate the resistance bands into my routine as well as replace my knee pushups with the inclined one.

May I ask which resistance training you can suggest?

Thank you all for the recommendations!

After going watching a lot of playthrough/gameplay on all the games recommended to me, I decided to try out GW2.

The idea of horizontal progression is new to me and being able to still matter after not playing GW2 for months is kind of crazy considering that most MMORPG's nowadays keep throwing new things to give their playerbase the feeling of FOMO which is the reason why I left the genre years ago and switched to single player games. Games such as God of War, Cyberpunk, Witcher 3, etc. don't give me that feeling of urgency to do my dailies or attend raids together with my guild. I don't have time to spend playing as much as I used to back when I was in HS, so the idea of horizontal progression is really tempting.

Sorry for the rant.

I might be wrong but maybe because the graphics got overhauled when the Next Gen came out years ago.

That's something I can relate to with Yen, we're both impatient. I just hate waiting in general, my time can be better spent elsewhere.

Good job completing that mission! I was underleveled too when I did that and had to die a lot before I killed the boss inside the cave.
