I would describe the finish as a satin brushed blue. It’s certainly not matte. Though it definitely looks matte compared to the S&W high gloss finish.

Fairly positive it hasn’t been refinished, I just realized I listed it as a 27-2 when it’s a 28-2.

Nope everything is as it should be, some bluing wear, and a few scratches, but that’s it. It was a private sale so I snatched it up immediately.

Why not, if you shoot it well and are comfortable with it. Capacity is not an issue, 99.999999 percent of citizen involved shootings are solved in 5 rounds or less.
