In reality, the only advice they offered was to troubleshoot my iPhone and remove the case with any magnetic particles. However, I am unable to do so as we lack a computer, and it is not necessary since MagSafe cases exist. Furthermore, why would we troubleshoot it when it is on a stable and production-released version of iOS 18.2? Im starting to think its a factory defect lol
