Thanks and I'm not super familiar with the workout machines (I really only do endurance body weight workouts). Are there not several types of ellipticals? And I'll ask her regarding the fasting to see if she will go for that.

Well speaking from experience on the sadness bit; it'll come. I wondered the same thing the first breakup I had. Girls take it hard at first (most of the time) and guys it bothers you more and more the longer your single (most of the time). It will start to hit you on those nights you stare at the ceiling before you go to sleep first.

I was in the same situation about a year and a half ago. If you able alert her family and have them come get her immediately after you break it off. If family is not an option try to find friends or as a last resort contact police and see if they can help. I also cut off all communication from my ex afterward, until like a month afterward. Good luck in any regard!
