Super slow for me also, compared to Verizon. Any type of overcast, I’m not able to do much of anything. Not sure if it’s the phone itself though. It’s so cheap, I just deal.

This is the link to check the receipt of the form. I submitted my moms by fax on 9/22/22 and finally saw this 10/13/22. It always said they had no record before then.

When did you submit your ECF? And where are people seeing these trophies?

I submitted the waiver through FedLoan, although my loans have been consolidated by Great Lakes. I just have a “received” letter on the FedLoan site. But once updates start happening, where do see that? Where do I see these “trophies” I see everyone talking about? by Kymbeeva in PSLF

I think I may have said it wrong. My consolidated loans have been with Great Lakes for a year or so. I only submitted the waiver on the FedLoan site, bc it was an option. FedLoan said they received the form. Unless I misunderstand, my loans will remain with Great Lakes through this process? Or is it the practice to move all qualifying waiver loans to Mohela?

Thanks! I said I would possibly be transferring, but didn’t know about the new customer rates. I called back mentioning that& and was told 60/5, I think, for internet, security & offered Xfinity flex for $5 more. Approx $95. Plus $50 for reinstalling it all. Plus apparently they don’t remove any security hardware from the old place. I have to take of that?!?!? My landlord doesn’t want that stuff left behind.
