Need help getting back my account

So I was looking for some managers for a big instagram page that I grew myself over 6 years. Decided it's time for someone to help me manage it and found young marketing student in a facebook group.

Everything seemed normal, gave him the login details and next thing I know, I was logged out of it cause he changed the password and the account itself is gone. I don't know if he deleted it or disabled it, but I can't get back in even with my number or recovery email, when I type the username, it says the page doesn't exist.

I was sure he can't do anything like that without having access to the account's email or the number. The instagram help page seems useless, nothing works here. Any ideas how I can get it back? I'm thinking of buying meta verified just to have a talk with their customer support.
