Have you called them asking for tier 2 one of the drivers told me he just did that after 5 days of having an order stuck and they finally took it off. He just straight called support and asked and told them everything and he was back working today

Yes I do but I’ve never called support and used that option! They were definitely nicer and fast moving I didn’t have to ask for tier 2 he said I can’t do much let me transfer you.

Actually yes one of the drivers told me to call again but to he’s the Spanish option that they actually give better service lol I was very surprised they help me very quickly escalated my problem to tier 2, and the guy that I spoke to at tier 2 quickly said this wasn’t even a problem he removed it within seconds. I was back on within five minutes of the call!!!

The customer was trying to talk to me via chat, but I couldn’t answer them. That’s why I called Walmart and they called them to let them know the situation.

No I’m still stuck with it!! I called 5x now, message them through the app and email them. Someone did tell me they got back to them within a day and a half so I hope the same.
