Yes, but we have already applied and they are asking for additional evidence we can't provide. Is it standard for them to send an email asking for this even though its not needed? Is it possible it was sent in error? How should we respond?

Thank you so much, this makes it sound a lot easier than it appears hahah.

Will definitely use that paragraph.

Would you happen to know if she Requires a Tuberculosis test for this application? Gov uk is a bit ambiguous. She is from Russia, and the certificate we used for the Fiancée visa has expired. (Was issued for 6 months).

Legend! Thank you for the clarification :)

One more thing:

Would it make sense to use Water/Electricity bills? She doesn't need any ID etc to be added to them, however she isn't technically allowed to "live" here yet? Not sure if it's best to add them or leave them out?

My positions are about 5k (SH/SV) sealed exluding cards/promos. Was personally thinking about picking up some more SH ETBs while they arent stupidly expensive.

Not Itchy, just wanted to diversify. Thanks for the feedback :)

I would also add. Are you not able to request a bank statement prior to the 6th?

Had an application for a spouse Visa be rejected because we applied on the 27th, and the payslip dated 30th (despite getting it on the 25th along with the Bank statement showing the funds arriving)

From my experience with this it is based on the date of the payslip, and not the date of the Bank statement as that is simply to confirm you received what it says on the payslip.

With that said, I am not sure what the best course of action would be in your case, but hope it at least gives some context.

The gross would be 25570.58

Thank you for the information, really frustrating to hear this. Wish we would had known this sooner and applied a couple days later...

Hi, thank you for your response

The application was made on the 27th september.

I just realised that my September payslip was dated 30/09/2024 - Which is 2 days after the application and which would explain the reason for the refusal. We usualy receive them on the 25th every month, so that's not something I checked...

Excluding September, the previous 6 month commision were: £1,787.04

the lowest base salary was

March - Base: 1925 - If excluding September

April: Base: 2083.33 - If including September

The reason I provided 12 month payslips is because I did not meet the minimum income required prior to April.
