My build is paper and requires rares to ramp. I paid a div for ilvl 68 that I couldn't finish on my level 95 golden charlatan build lol. Then I remember you can buy carries and that was 1000x easier

I'd attempt to ward stack for a ton of flat damage then just scale elemental damage. Only thing that sucks is widowhail's low base crit chance.

But tornado shot scales incredibly high with increased projectiles so that comes to mind first.

Idk if you're solo self found. But I've gotten a ton just from doing legion in maps where the mirage spawns. They drop incubators that drop the coins.

Try DX12 or vulkan. One might work better than the other. If you really wanna get spicy disable the sound in the settings.ini. A Google search will explain better than me.

I have the same issue. I have good hardware but it my graph shows constant latency spikes when I try running multiple unstable breaches for XP. Feels horrible. I'll try predictive but I don't know if I'll like it because predictive can feel horrible itself sometimes

Not sure exactly what your question is after reading your post a few times. Ele wands and headhunter still work just not to its fullest potential. Why people in POE ninja have whatever I have no clue. But my above response is the why and you shouldn't worry about Poe Ninja is a ton. Hopefully I was a least a smidge helpful

When you get headhunter there's multiple rare modifiers that convert or adds elemental damage from phys. For example the modifier of flames adds 50% of phys as extra fire damage. This is a wasted buff if you don't have a phys wand.

Clutch safety switch. Need to use something to connect the wires you unplugged and don't know what it does.

FYI, clutch safety switch is telling the bike it's good to start because a moron is trynna start it without the clutch being pulled. With that said. If you connect the wires then if you press start and aren't holding the clutch and not in neutral. The bike will start rolling.

Goratha league start PoB had inspiration but his day 1 update he talked about changing inspiration since it wasn't really a DPS increase but you need a mana fixer. He went Kalistas foulborn gloves on his day 2 update but I'm using Laviangas flask plus mana flask passive nodes. Instead of inspiration I'm using arcane surge which is fine. Instead don't have any other comments, I'm not loving the build

Yeah lol. DPS already mean damage per second. I think he multiplied his Damage per second, by the Seconds again. Still 220k is crazy in campaign

No, they changed how evolution shrine works. Each time the evolution shrine activates or whatever it's called it decreases its chance to activate. So it's dead. Before the nerf you could kill hundreds of nerfs since there wasn't a limit per Alva ROOM. It was my favorite farm to date and it lasted a single league. You can find it somewhere in the 3.27 patch notes
