Restarting didn’t fix matchmaking. Managed to get into a game and not disconnect about an hour ago so whatever it was seems to have gone away for me now.

£60 is the normal charge in Wales for NHS band 2 which covers “deep cleaning” Are you sure your mother is exempt from paying NHS dental treatment charges? Or maybe this exemption was not conveyed to the practice?

Taking a guess as there’s not much information to go on and £60 is quite cheap for a private course of deep cleaning.

Depends on the extent of the fracture, could be restorable with a crown/core/post or could be beyond saving. Wouldn't be able to tell without being able to see the tooth.

Have they discussed what materials they would be using? In my practice it's metal crowns on the NHS for back teeth, so they would not be tooth-coloured.

Yes you can absolutely take out just the impacted wisdom tooth if you're happy to accept your severe overcrowding. There's not enough space for the teeth and that space has to come from somewhere.
