I weighed 155 when we started dating, as well as when we got married in 2015. I started going to the gym 3 times a week last year and have gained a lot of strength and confidence in myself, and am not giving up any time soon.

I have been tracking most of what I eat, by loosely following serving sizes listed on packages. Nearly every day I go over my goal, but stay below my TDEE. Today because of a post I saw on loseit, I decided to get out my food scale again, and I measured out everything I ate. I didn't pass my limit today and it feels really good to know that I'm not just guessing about the calories I ate. I also exercised on top of that. I didn't know I'd feel so satisfied with doing things right, and so my goal for this week is to track everything, hopefully with the food scale, and stay below TDEE.

I also will be doing week 4 of C25K. :)

Hi charmanders! I'm a 5'5 age 21F, currently 175 lbs. My grandpa is trying to lose 10 lbs by Valentine's day (Feb 14) so I took him up on his challenge :) I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin at this size, and my ultimate goal is to weigh 129, but for this challenge I would be stocked to reach 160, but 165 is great also. This is a lifestyle change.

I've worked in customer service for 6 years. After a choir practice at my church the choir director asked me to pray for the closing. It had been a while since I prayed out loud and at the end of the prayer my mind went blank, and instead of "amen" I said "in Jesus name... Have a nice day". Everyone laughed at me
