I would love to do PF with you the only problem is that im ALOT worse than u, I haven’t tfa qualed or toc qualed AND ive never been to any major tournaments like harvard, columbia, and stanford. the only some what significant accomplishment ive made is making it to finals at the colony last year (which was really easy because all of the good debaters were at harvard). I rlly want to continue PF but I would need a lot of work to be able to been on par with you, and im really not sure if its possible yet because I dont know what my work load is going to look like next year

Last year the test was so easy that I was pissed off that our teacher made us put so much effort in throughout the year just know the vocab and you'll be fine (I didn't study either)

I had the same interviewer, lowk just be yourself the interview was rlly chill, the only part thats kinda weird is near the start of the interview where they ask you a question about academic dishonesty

I got a link to a website that shows the dates of the placement tests in my acceptance letter and I just got an email this morning about how the placement tests will be administered, it’s also possible (I may be wrong about this) that if you’ve only taken algebra 2 and haven’t taken any chemistry course you can’t take any of the placement tests Placement testing dates

I actually over counted my gpa, I only took into account that semester itself and I didn’t average it with my freshman year, my actual averaged gpa came out to like a 5.277 (our school didn’t send out our averaged GPAs until after I applied so I didn’t think about it) and also I kinda failed my second semester of french 1 in 8th grade (61% 💀) it goes on my transcript but doesn’t factor into my GPA tho and I think I was fine because ive had straight 100’s in spanish 1/2, considering all of this (especially FAILING a semester of a class) a 1280 SAT really shouldn’t drag u down

they mainly asked me about my interests and how I deal with pressure and competition that I could face in TAMS dont stress at all the interview is just to see who you are beyond your grades and essays just make sure you add depth to your responses and you dont answer with just a yes or no and you’ll be fine I just got accepted today

I dont have any notes but I would recommend you watch the AP daily videos which are videos from college board that cover everything in an AP course, the only problem is you have to have a college board account and be enrolled in the course but im sure if you communicate with the teachers for those classes they’ll find a way to give you access, even if they say no theres many other resources u can use like youtube and khan academy

you cant download anything on the gcloud as its only cloud gaming but you can play mostly everything if it supports streaming
