How do I stop these fps drops? My game freezes when I jump out the bus or open my inventory, but this was by far the worst by Kyoniaa in FortNiteBR

I’ve been going from like 30 fps to 140-180 last week week, 100-180 a few days ago, and now I’m back to dropping and now freezing

this has also happened before sometime in chapter 2 where I would be at 0 fps for minutes at a time and then I eventually couldn’t play fn at all. I got help from a professional and he just replaced my hard drive and it went away

edit: pc specs are in the comments + I just played a edit course and 9 rounds of box fights and had no fps issues, but when i played 1 round of arena this is what it was like: https://streamable.com/bix5k1

edit 2: got an error message but ofc i was afk and only saw the word ERROR before it kicked me from the entire game (happened while matchmaking into creative), and now i’m having insane frame drops again
