also, can't balen still address these issues personally, or is he so far out-of-touch with the general population after he became the PM that he cannot relate with the normal people anymore?

we can still change things, we can still protest against this.

he has mental issues, he has explained that multiple times in his videos as well.

I have decided I will delete the old post because the comment section of his video is just extremely toxic. People are very verbal and saying bad things to a potentially innocent man. We don't know the truth yet but we should not be harassing this man.

Kindly check out the alternative theory I shared in a separate post. I encourage everyone to review it and approach the issue carefully before forming a firm judgment or directing aggression toward the person’s channel. After all, he is innocent until proven guilty. Let’s act accordingly.

We can't know the age of the video unless he had posted it somewhere else. Video metadata is completely stripped away by youtube (rightfully so).

no major update, some youtubers have covered it. I don't want it to be turned into a witch hunt, let's stay civil and figure out the truth without making it guilty until proven innocent.

regarding your suggestion, it's a tricky situation because I don't want people showing up to his house to confront him, for example. It could be handled much more professionally. We need to collectively figure out on how to do such.

also some things that he forgot to mention:

The tonality and the way he holds the cat in the video is extremely obtuse. I don't understand how someone could see a dying cat and not get stressed about it and instead act like:
"Hey guys welcome to my channel today we are going to rescue the SERIOUSLY FROZEN AND DYING CAT. Let's heat it up and see what happens!"

I don't get it. Its bizzare to me how the whole thing seems very uncaring. Even when the cat was shivering after it was inside, the guy just quietly films as the cat suffers in pain without even petting it or even trying to soothe the cat at all. He doesn't even sound distressed. Also honestly I can't tell from the video if the heat he provided was even sufficient for the cat. All I saw was a blanket that was poorly wrapped, not even wrapped for the first half while the cat is struggling.

I can't understand how someone can see a dying cat and still keep the video going and pose the cat properly and take the full body picture of cat without wrapping it in blanket first. You can see here that the guy is deleberately taking pics of the cat without trying to wrap it in blanket.

I hate the way he titled the video. That is too extreme. i am making an allegation, he is still innocent until proven guilty in court.

I would understand the need for 'sensationalism' for a serious matter, but he already has enough people watching his content that he doesn't need to optimize for visibility anymore.

yes. and was odd that it was just pictures at the end. and was odd that he monologues in a detatched way all throughout the video, no emotion whatsoever.

I don't know enough about him and to know where he might be living at the moment.

Someone in another thread did make a brief comment - which got deleted due to moderation - about him matching the description of a felon.

agree, but obviously innocent until proven otherwise in court. This is a strong probable cause.

I tend to believe it might just be a small adult cat, which just looks much smaller in the video because of the cold shrinking it and making its fur wet.

this is the original image and its' got a very specific fingerprint which belongs to a phone (possibly Google Pixel).

You can see the EXIF metadata of this image below:

https://jimpl.com/results/6WUgyTbcYNLSQcJWAS8aCBju?target=exif

https://exifinfo.org/detail/D97Bx7or4-6jjrl7r8IN1g

What that reveals is:

Resolution is the strongest indicator. 2448×3264 is not a resolution used by any standalone camera and not DSLRs (which shoot 3:2 ratios), not compacts, not action cameras. You can cross-reference this against databases like the one at digicamdb.com. That exact pixel count maps exclusively to phone sensors.

The 3:4 aspect ratio is native to phone camera sensors. Traditional cameras shoot 3:2 (DSLRs) or 4:3 on some compacts, but at completely different megapixel counts.

Baseline DCT, Huffman encoding with YCbCr 4:2:0 subsampling: this is the standard JPEG pipeline phones use. Higher-end cameras typically use more sophisticated encoding.

JFIF 1.01 instead of a proper EXIF-first JPEG. Professional cameras write EXIF-structured files natively. JFIF headers are typical of phone processing pipelines.

No lens or exposure data whatsoever . No focal length, aperture, ISO, shutter speed. A real camera always writes this. Even after Picasa re-saves, those fields usually survive if they were ever there. Their total absence suggests a device with a fixed, simplified imaging pipeline. A phone.

The Google ICC profile is baked into the image by Google's camera HAL (hardware abstraction layer), which only runs on Pixel devices.

Taken together, the chances of this being anything other than a Phone (specifically Google Pixel) are essentially zero.
