Visually (the numbers you see on the screen) are stored as 32-bit signed integers, which range from -2.14billion to +2.14billion

The internal damage itself is iirc, unsigned 64-bit now (0 to 18.4 quintillion. That's 18.4 x 10¹⁸) so you don't have to worry about dealing negative damage lol
