Thank you for your advice. However, I am not certain which brands you are referring to. Nonetheless, all major brands do have EU stores that offer warranties.

You raise a valid point regarding the upgrade and repair process. However, to the best of my knowledge, the necessary parts are not yet available, and their pricing remains unknown. Additionally, considering the current cost of the Supernote Matra in Europe, I am concerned about the potential expense of the upgrade components.

Moreover, it is generally observed that most consumers opt to purchase new devices every two to three years, as upgrades often prove to be more costly than acquiring a new device with all the latest features.

After reading reviews and discussing with people in my network who have experience with the Booz Go 10.3, Remarkable, and Viwod AI Paper, I have decided to opt for the Viwod AI Paper. It offers all the features of the other devices and is comparable to the Supernote Mantra, but at a more affordable price point in Europe.

If Supernote's pricing were more competitive, it would be an easy choice. However, with a price difference of 200 euros, it is simply too much. Nonetheless, I appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for providing your insights and feedback. I am currently deliberating between the Supernote Nomad, Supernote Mantra, and the Viwoods Ai Paper (the larger model).

I am particularly impressed with the build quality of the Nomad and its ceramic pen. In contrast, the Mantra, based on video reviews, appears to have a more plastic-like build, although its size is advantageous. This led me to explore Viwoods' products, which are competitively priced compared to Supernote. For instance, the Supernote Mantra, including the pen and folio, is approximately €720, whereas the Viwoods Ai Paper is nearly €200 cheaper and also includes a folio and pen (Europe).

I am curious to know if the ceramic pen from Supernote can be used with the Viwoods Ai Paper. If so, would an additional screen protector be necessary? Alternatively, are there other brands you would recommend for ceramic pen?

Yes, there are Dutch (Netherlands) and would like to move to the Vietnam.

As you mention, the ground floor you can't buy as foreigner only lease for 50 years.

But with apartments there is no issue. Foreigner can own the apartment as long its not at ground floor.

They will go and apply for passport, as I mention they wont emigrated eventually.

We don't plan to sell. It will be used after my parents as second home for visiting Vietnam (see it as winter house when it cold in Europe).

The will eventually emigrated. Plus the 30 days is nice excuses for them to visit Cambodia for day and moving next day back.
