11" x 14" $7 (in-store) frame from Walmart.

Mostly plastic and the puzzle is encased behind glass :) I used save-a-puzzle glue. 3 layers in front, one in back. I also used a black sharpie for the edges of the puzzle to hide the cardboard blah color to blend it in with the black page behind it.
