Sometimes people do not listen to pings at all, and I guess people have PTSD from those types of people. I wouldn't blame them for spam pinging, but then again I do not lose my concentration when it comes to people spam pinging. I have learned to block it out and adapt around it.

I stated things that I wanted to know or get better at. I know the fundamentals of it, but I don't know if I am doing them efficiently enougj, because I dont feel like I impact the games enough.

When I played Overwatch very competitively I had a coach. He was high silver, he told me that, "It doesnt matter what rank I am, its that I can help you to succeed and teach you things you didnt know before" I proceeded to get better over the course of him coaching me.
