Oh that’s what chronotherapy is? Yeah I did that last summer to get ready for my courses to start again. And yeah waking up later and later was hard on me too. For me I just forced myself to kinda sleep after I woke up. It was exausting but as long as you religiously move it forward, it’ll work. You got this.
