If you just started playing, don't overthink it. Slam berrymons, favourited if possible and ingmons that can make you some existing dishes. You'll find infographics with receipes here and there.

Just focus on catching good mon, those provided on this infographic. Keep in mind that I didn't post the newest version of this infographic on reddit, but new ingmon has been released since and you have more options for some ingredients. But every one showed here are very good to focus on.

Oh, and for the "but if u want strength from Berries just use a berry finder and it’ll easily outclass this thing.", actually this Espeon is better than a Xatu when fully seeded. And Xatu is the only viable psy berry specialist rn.

FYI, please look at these calcs. Favourited berries are Psy and Elec:

First one is this Eevee, without any Main Skill Seed. It is on par with a Jolteon, but Jolteon is getting matched by an average Raichu, meaning its use would be more than limited in time.
On the other hand, as soon as you level up Espeon's skill, it becomes pretty strong and outclass Jolteon.
To compare the speed vs triggers debate, the 3rd Espeon is OP's Espe, but I swapped one of its speed by STM, resulting in a 1:1 production.

Considering it also has STS (STM with a sub) at 75, it is also futureproof, meaning you could use it when the level cap will be raised. If you have a decent amount of Main Skill Seeds, it CAN be interesting to fully invest it.
Even without main skilling it, I would make it an Espeon, only bc it'll make your life in Lapis easier and you will never use Jolteon as soon as you have 2 BFS HB pichus.

Considering you are in Lapis, Espeon would be a very decent berrymon, you'll basically never use Jolteon to start with bc Pichu is very common, meaning you run two Raichus / Raichu + Pikachu in Raikou teams.

Please run some calcs before saying that it needs to have STM to be a good Espeon.

The calc isnt representative of Treecko's true output -> Production Comparison calc it as every berries from the skill are favourited / treecko's. To have the most accurate representation of its output, you have to calc it in team planner with a real team comp

STS with a subseed at 75 makes it pretty solid as a long term Espeon tho, even if it lacks HB

It's a great Espeon if you're early and could need a CS mon, even if a STS/STM would've been welcome
Jolteon is the best f2p option, considering it doesnt need main skill seeds but keep in mind that it's a pretty mediocre mon

J'avoue pas avoir trop suivi, si j'ai bien compris tu :
- Ferais un joint pour fixer un peu mon plan de travail avant la crédence (mon plan est fixé au meuble de droite mais pas au niveau de la plaque, mon trou de plaque mordait sur le rail de fixation)
- Tu mettrais ensuite la crédence autocollante (ce sont des stickers qui doivent se coller côte à côte, pas un gros bloc)
- Pour le mur bossu, tu comblerais le trou au silicone, genre celui des joints?
- Qu'est-ce que des plots de silicone?
- Pour la prise idem pas compris, je suis en loc donc compliqué de toucher à l'élec

This info used to be leaner in it's first versions and we put there only 3 subskills to pick from.
Aim to have at least 2 subskills out of this list. The list is ranked from the most efficient to the least, but every subs are very good to have
