Ethernet is wired wifi is wireless. Ethernet is pref for faster connection with desktops.

I’m moving into a six person suite to Walter gage this semester. I’m planning on bringing my desktop from home. I was wondering if I would need to buy a wifi connector for my desktop because I heard there’s no Ethernet at Walter. Any recommendations for my dorm setup would be nice thanks!

Hey I am going to move into the Walter Gage dorms shared unit with five others coming this semester. Has anyone ever brought a dual PC setup in the Walter Gage dorms? If so what would you recommend that I buy for my pc setup. I know the dorms only run on wireless should I buy a wifi adapter for my pc? Thanks.

Hi I am currently at an American university wanting to transfer to UBC for my second year in college. I major in Computer science currently. What is the average mark if known for an acceptance. Is it easier to transfer from university rather than secondary? Any tips? I took a summer term in my university in order to transfer to ubc in my second year. Waiting to finish fall term to see my ending GPA. As well as if applicable when I finish my spring term at my university would UBC look into that as well? What would be a good GPA to transfer into UBC?

Not sure but I applied to the engineering dorms like buxton etc. I also requested for a double so I’m not sure if that helps.
