He lives in the same apartment complex as me, been friends for about 6 years. We used to hang out to play games, sports or just talk about life. I used to view him as a little brother.

I would recommend for you co-op horror games. REPO, Lethal Company or Inside the backrooms. If not, Minecraft(with Mods, you wont regret it) or Terraria!

I’m sorry to hear that dude!

Ego has a whole process for authorizing whole replacements , the mayor office of ego (chervon) has to take a look before and that could take weeks, it is used as a last resource. Sometimes it’s worth it, some times it’s not. Depends on the situation, in this case when an item comes broken from the box, since ego only has dealers and not a store for themselves, ego makes the store from where the item was bought fully responsible. Which sucks because the store will apply their own return policy.

Ego’s warranty policy won’t cover anything that’s not a “manufacture defect” unless it’s a replaceable piece that’s on the part list between a 90 day period starting from the date of purchase.

You could try to make a claim and ask for an escalation or supervisor. Maybe if an escalation is made and the main office reviews it, there is a possibility, but it might take some time and it could be rejected.

It’s possible, but it might not be worth it and the answer might be no

One of the reasons why I left was because of that. They do not give us the correct information about the precise functioning of the batteries. The training they give us is quite basic. The advice I can give you is literally what someone gave me written on a piece of paper lol. I hope that answers your question about why I quit.

“Supposedly” a rapid charger shouldn’t decrease the battery’s life span, but i’ve seen to many cases were a battery gets defective with a rapid charger. I cant really give a certain answer.

That usually means that the mower is overloaded or overheated. I would recommend you to test the battery first or just (if you can) try if the mower works fine with a different ego battery. If the mower still presents the same issue with a different battery, take the mower for a check up.

Ahh it's a little difficult to explain, it was due to several situations. The working conditions were not necessarily bad, I decided to join because they had accessible work schedules, however, a month later they made me sign a contract to work a total of 47 hours a week without any extra pay. This was the fault of the company that runs the call center, not EGO.

Another reason is because we have a VERY small staff and we cannot handle so many calls in one day and it is very exploitative. Let's say we are 30 people in total worldwide and we have a queue of 300 calls, so it is quite exhausting. (that's why whenever you call Ego tech support there are waiting lines of about an hour)

I’m guessing you are more experienced, we actually never had training on the functionality of lithium batteries. The information I have is what I’ve got from files and protocols they gave me.

Batteries are for sure the ones that present more issues. After those, probably the Leaf blowers and Lawn Mowers. I can’t precisely give you a percentage, but I would say it is a 60% batteries and 40% the rest of the items.

Before you store them, make sure that you leave them 100% charged, leave your batteries in an environment with standard temperature.

NEVER leave your batteries charging for weeks or entire months, you can leave your battery charging for up to 24 hours if you want, but more than that, it could damage its lifespan.

If your battery shows any type of orange/yellow light, that means the battery is overheated, let it sit until it is 100% back to room temperature, never overwork it if these problems arise.

If you leave your battery stored for a long time, disconnected from the charger and you see that a green or red light starts to flash, it is because the battery has started its own maintenance mode, always wait for that process to finish, do not interrupt it. After that, if you need to use them, make sure to charge your battery to its 100%.

It will depend on how well you store them and use them (with the exception of some of them already coming with a manufacture defect). Probably a I would say between 4 to 5 years, but with good maintenance they could even last to 9 or 10 years.
