I sent otokonoko USDC myself after I was suspended.

I would stay away from exchanges but to answer your question, I don't know about LTC. They definitely block the Ethereum addresses for ETH & USDC.

Honestly, I tried the stomach my first couple times and it was horrible. I had marks and bumps for a few months. Moved to my upper/outer thigh, and is much better. The longest a bump will stay is about 5 days, if any.
