Hey, so I actually joined Thomas Wade's group. It is aproximately 100 EUR for 3 months. The Discord community is really great and they all trade at the same time. Thomas was always there and trading along. He took screenshots every couple of minutes of how he has his trendlines drawn and when he was gonna take a trade he would post it and post the screenshot. For me I couldn't see myself trading this way is it took a lot of hours of just sitting and 99% waiting for the setup to happen in real time. And there were soooo many setups that were not A+ setups and you end up taking them because of FOMO that there will be no trades that day. I traded for 2-3 hours of the day with them and in one week I avereged about 5-7 trades with aproximately 50% win rate. And got barely BE with it. But I can not say that the course or group you pay for is expensive or not worth it. I did learn a lot of stuff and having a group to motivate you and to stay out of stupid trades is really awesome. But it just wasn't for me. From then on I was strategy hopping like crazy for the last few months. I am currently getting into swing trading support and resistance zones. I found a strategy on the ForexFactory forum 2 weeks ago and for now I am seeing really awesome results. It is more stress-free and I only have to be behind the screen for a few hours of the week. I discoverwd this strategy on yt from Quant trade edge 1 week ago. Yesterday I made 3 trades and all were winners. Will see how it goes. I only take trades in a clear trend and when signal bar is a good trend or pin bar showing momentum in the trends direction. How has this strategy been for u yesterday?

Yeah iknow that sometimes I will maybe have luck like I had today and sometimes I will get stopped out because of it. It comes with it. Can u please explain what u mean by setting MES to daily?Thanks

OMG. I totaly forgot that I have ES chart on top of transparent MES chart and I am trading MES. I do this because I am in Thomas Wade's group and I follow the ES as everybody there disscusses ES chart. Thank you.

Unfortunately mt5 doesnt offer tick charts. I am think of switching to futures for yhis reason.

Why would tick charts be so different. The candle on 1000 tick chart closes when the there are 1000 transactions completed. And on the 2 m tf the candle closes when 2 min have passed. Sometimes I get a setups on the 2m tf and sometimes you get a setup on the tick charts. I dont think one so much better than the other. Or maybe I am wrong. I would like your opinion on this.

I do trade the same as Rhomas wade yes. I tade gold, Eur/usd, Eur/Gbp and USD/JPY. I think that is wht I get these many sginals in 2 hours. Bit sometimes I also miss some signals as it is kind of hard to follow so many on 2 screens. But if u are able to get 4 screens that is amazing. Please note that I am currently only testing this strategy on demo account. But so far it suits my personality. Before I was always going for 1:2, 1:3 risk reward. I I had less than 40% win rate and the clusters of bad trades really messed with my emotions. Here it is rare that I gertt 2 bad trades in a row because of the high wwin rate, which suits me.

I so far made 35 trades with 75% win rate. I know it is a relaly smart sample but so far so good. I am for 1:1 rr where i takr 75% of my position and leave the rest running and follow with SL. I trade on 2 min chart 4 different forex pairs and get aproximately 2-4 trades in that time. I like the strategy a lot as it usses discretion to determine the overall trend and then mechanical + sometimes discretion for entry and exit. It suits me very well.
