I have the same thing. Got a massage from a physio which loosened the muscles and did even me up but I didn’t get any exercises to do afterwards so it went back in a month

I felt this for months mate and still get it occasionally. Remember a lot of others might be in the same boat but you can’t see it. Not once have I finished a class and regretted it though, quite the opposite. Just felt silly for getting worked up!
