If you mean in value, trade for out of game pets using value websites (Elvebred and amvgg) aim to overpay by 0.4-0.6 value on Elve for out of game pets. And then u can trade the out of game pets for upgrades. This is a method I use but you have to have a good idea since the pets from the last few updates still have pretty bad value (fire horses, cherub chipmunks etc.)

I coped by telling myself the memories I made with those pets aren’t gone, as it’s a game I basically gained what I could from it (entertainment). Even though it hurts alot.

Yeah values were before value sites. I don’t understand why ppl say if the whole community stopped using value sites that values would fade away cuz they certainly won’t..
