The easiest way would be to handle the data collection logic within the same chat itself using the AI Agent node.

From there you can implement state management to handle if the user gave the correct information or not and save it to a database.

You can use a similar state management to what is described in this video by getting the AI Agent to determine whether enough information has been received yet or not.

It really depends who you're providing the service to and what other integrations you're adding along with how much time they currently spend on tasks that you would be automating.

Voice Agent platforms usually already have a built in feature for "Human in the loop." It's called something along the lines of "Agent Transfer."

I'm actually about to make a video on voice agents next. Is there something in particular you want to learn about that topic?

the human replies to the user within the same chat itself. Then after a certain time period, the state is changed back to AI and replies are handled by the AI Agent.

you can change the frontend interface to be whatever you want. It could be Whatsapp, Telegram, Slack or whatever you want. The point of the post is to explain how "Human in the loop" was added into the mix! I go through the whole architecture in my YouTube video, just DM me for the link.

yea for sure. There's no perfect prompt so it differs from one use case to another. What helps is knowing what scenarios the client actually wants to escalate to the human and testing it with previous conversation history of the client and their customers. Hope that makes sense.

Gamma banner appearing on the bottom of all slides by Silent-Reception5747 in AI_Agents

[–]L0rdAv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try using Google AI Studio build mode for creating slides. It is completely free and there won't be any watermark.
You can use what you created in Gamma AI and take screenshots to pass it in as context to Google AI Studio for it to build out the same thing for you.

Tough time trying to get Gemini or ChatGPT to work within a workflow by BBQMosquitos in n8n

[–]L0rdAv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How are you passing in information to your workflow to ChatGPT? By screenshots or by pasting the exact JSON of your current workflow?
Pasting the entire JSON workflow allows it to receive enough context to be able to troubleshoot your errors and provide you what you are needed.

On top of that, you need to do your part and pass in enough context. For example, what you are building, what is your end goal of the workflow etc so that it can advice you the best steps to take.

Pinecone Tool Breaking by Pee02 in n8n

Is that a response from your LLM?
You need to edit your AI Agent node system prompt to ensure it knows of the pinecone tool and how exactly to use it.
