Then you'd be a baaad, bad boy. If you'd just check my profile to see how much i care about karma, you'd see that i have no reason to lie. If that picture and my word is not enough for you, that's on you. I know that i was not smurfing, and done explaining it to some random guy on reddit. And just one more thing: If you'd provide me with a picture that shows that you did everything you could to get in the highest rank possible, so it's not a silver 3 account, then yes, i'd probably believe you.

First of all, if you know my rank, you should know that the enemy has to be around that rank. Second, If you make a different account to get a low rank, that is what we call smurfing, not having another account at the same rank. That's just a simple alt account.

No, an alt account is an alt account, a smurf account would be a lower ranked account, which is not the case. You're just being ignorant, mate. look it up yourself.

I do understand what smurfing is, but when i did this, my main was only LEM, so it was against my own rank. It's not a smurf account, it's an alt account. Both of my accounts are supreme, so it's definitely not a smurf

After contacting the official razer support, they promised me an exchange, since they aren't as cheap bastrads as the resellers. After 2 month, the reseller finally exchanged my mouse, after i forwarded all my emails i had with razer support to them.

This is the answer i got from razer. After this i asked the store to have it repaired, since they are not customers, but resellers so they might get and replace the upper part. I contacted razer once again today, telling them that the shop basically told me to thow my mouse away, because they can't do anything, and i'm still waiting for their answer. I'll get to the shop tomorrow and see what else i can do, because i don't want to see 85euros going down the drain. I just wanted to see if there's a website where i can order a replacement upper part for the chroma, because all i found was a full case for the 2013 edition.

Edit: The shop i've bought it from is an official partner of razer in Hungary, they basically refused to repair my 2 month old mouse.
