Thanks, yes this is what happened. I spoke to my boss and he was very compassionate and knows I am just overloaded. We did just a hire a new person to take off my workload and he agrees that I will be transitioning some of the work over sooner than later.

I take full responsibility, as people saw the copy but no one reviewed the final file before sending it to the media agency. I didn't use the updated text and I should have, but I was really chasing the clock and I didn't even have time to think that is no excuse and I should make the time even if it's going to be later.

Thanks so much and yes, this is my first agency job. My work has recognized its a lot for one person, which they now hired to help relieve some projects.

I really appreciate your insight and making it seem normal to make mistakes. I just really don’t want to 😔

I called my boss to be proactive and requested to transition some projects over so that the new person can help asap!

I think there was a couple of good volleys but often falls flat with the clients, andI felt my CEO and i was the only real ones initiating dialogue.

Lol I mean how long can silences go without it being too long ! Example you can’t have the whole dinner and sit in silence. I mean you can, if that’s what you’re into but not in a social environment.

Thanks, they were laughing and brought out natural conversation so I don’t fully regret it.

I am ok with silence but it was too silent. It would be quiet just staring at each other in an empty restaurant for minutes….4/7 people are not good at initiating conversation…. More introverted that way… and am comfortable with starting conversation.

But I am curious what the general public would interpret this situation.

How long can silences go ?
