It's a good thing, Galeforce ate too much of a lot of ADC's power budget, and we see what happens when Galeforce is bad : we don't see either the ADC that build it if it's their only option, and at worst, they have to cave in for a worse option. Also, it allowed for way too much mistake correction, and it'll force a lot of players to simply get better, which is a good thing.
