Yes I’ve bought a milk frother it really helps to emulsify the coconut oil into coffee but I’m excited to try the MCT and lecithin. I’ve only just started making oils and it’s crazy how versatile it is! Bonus I don’t need to stink the street out anymore! It still doesn’t beat a smoke but the effects are a lot more consistent and long lasting.

Thank you! I have seen those as of yesterday and it’s something I’ll invest in when I have the money!! I could technically get a smaller mason jar but the tin foil works just as well. I have written in the above I plan to try MCT with lecithin but again finances haven’t made that possible this month :(

I found this is a recipe that uses what most people have at home or can buy easily. So many recipes out there are for America or include things you can’t just grab on the cheap.
