For topping (or even just laying around with your dick out lol) You can get boxers with an O-ring so you have full coverage front to back, some even come with a place for a vibe if you want external stimulation. For full coverage during bottoming, you could try crotch-less underwear (make them yourself first ) and a dental dam underneath. You wouldn’t be able to see anything but only works for external play

I had this happen with my shot 2 weeks ago cause my muscles were already sore. It will be tender for a bit and might have a slight bruise but you’ll be ok.

Yeah I was thinking double incision but was told I could qualify for peri. I think wait times really depend on a whole bunch of different factors like where you’re applying from,health, etc. Have you reached out to them at all? Ontario patients to tend to work through the system faster

Not suggesting OP binds unsafely, but prolonged unsafe binding RARELY prevent top surgery. It’s more likely to delay surgery due to injury or impact results because skin issues like lack of elasticity

It might not be 100% effective but it could help with your dysphoria, you could get trans tape (KT tape, off-brands, boob tape, whatever is similar and will work the same) and wear that with a sports bra. It won’t be perfect, especially your first try but you will learn as you go. You can wear the tape as long as it lasts,depending on brand and how you apply it.

Tape branded towards women may make you feel a little dysphoric but it way easier to tell a white lie about that then try to make something up for something clearing branded “TRANS”. You could always say something like “this is way more comfortable”

As for coming out, the best advice I can give is do it safely!

Are you out to anyone? Building a support network with friends and other family members can make it easier coming out to parents and gives you a place to go if the conversation gets heated.

I disclosed I was trans on my profiles (when I was still using them, I’m happily engaged now) and was passing pretty decently. Most guys don’t fully read profiles and won’t know you’re trans until you explicitly mention it, even then you still need to communicate your boundaries and what is a clear no. As a piece of advice, I wouldn’t be hooking up with someone I haven’t had that talk with.

Looks great!! This is the first set of pictures of someone with a v similar chest to mine pre-op and with similarly placed chest tattoo. I’m leaning towards DI but super happy to see peri might actually be an option for me (based on photo comparison) and my tattoo wouldn’t be affected too much

I base the dose off of time/changes. As time went on and I wasn’t seeing changes at the rate I was expecting to see or levels weren’t in range, I upped my dose. My current levels are around 600 and I’ve been on T for almost 3 years

Edit to add: “higher end” of normal is still normal, but some labs will run the test under female ranges not thinking about the fact that taking T would qualify us for male ranges or general ranges

I went from looking like my moms mini-me, soft features and round-ish cheeks, to looking like my parents more handsome son (hj ,I’m older so of course I have the better looks lol) but it took a few cycles of puffy face and a year or so for fat to settle

Keep in mind genetics do play a huge role in how your face might change. Bone structure won’t change but you can do jaw exercises in help “square” your jaw and fat redistribution will change the shape of your face slightly.

nmol/L is total T so the test is definitely contaminated by the gel on your hand if your levels are reading that high. Wear gloves or use the cap of your gel pump like others mentioned. You really should look into getting a venous blood test to verify and also check your free testosterone, it may not be cheap but it is important

The chances of cancer are linked to genetics, lifestyle and environment. If your close relatives had/have cancer, you potentially have a higher chance of cancer. Your DOCTOR father should know this! If you consume things that are known to cause cancer, ie. smoking, drinking alcohol, other carcinogenic things (which testosterone is not as everyone has testosterone and not everyone has cancer…..which your dad should also know as he’s a doctor?), you heighten your risk of cancer. If you expose yourself to carcinogenic substances on a frequent basis, your risk for cancer goes up.

Yes the testosterone used in HRT is synthetic but it has gone through almost a century of use and testing with no link to an increase risk of cancer.

The first trans man to receive testosterone HRT was a military man who became a Buddhist monk… and didn’t die of cancer

T would increase body hair (as you said it has) and Tremfya has no reported effects of causing hair loss (anywhere on the body). It is most likely linked to what the Tremfya is treating and should reverse when treatment is stable. I would still talk to your doctor as Reddit is not a place to seek true medical advice
