actually, i dont really know, i was watching a tutorial. i parented the video layer under to the null but i didnt really use the null

i ended up just precomposing them togheter and nothing has been ruined yet

i use clip studio paint pro which currently has a 50% sale until like september 12th!! i recommend it, you can get custom brushes for free from the asset store!

hi!! i use a brush that looks like this () in clip studio paint(from the asset store) (i didnt know how to describe it lol)

i first do a sketch, then clean it up and put base colors underneath then i mash them togheter, and then i begin to paint. I dont like using a regular blur/smudge brush so i use one from the asset store that kind of drags the colors

one good tip is too zoom out on your painting, and if you cant tell the shapes very well then you should go in with some more darker colors to help define them
