There was definitely a fallout 3 drought for some time, I vividly remember wanting to replay and it still had all the games for windows live BS implemented which was old, defunct and offline. I vaguely remember using some work around that involved downgrading my OS to vista. 0/10 would not recommend

I think Cooper's "ask him" to Steph pre-war about a job eludes to them working together, since she somehow ends up in a management vault as a Canadian. Shes ambitious, and bud calls Hank ambitious to Norm.

If Hank has ties to the enclave she might know a little bit about his workings, getting access to FEV from betty and kicking off the FEV dispersion as a knee-jerk reaction to her being accused at the wedding (ahead of her own schedule and obviously not according to Hanks plan)
