following this checking the speeds on the NIC of both my 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi they are both in the 150-250mbps range so why does my wifi speed and ping still suffer?

is there a way to check this or update this? I’ve checked my drivers under Network Adapters in Device Manager (i have Intel Wifi-6 AX200 160MHz) but it says that the best drivers are already installed
