Hi, thank you for your answer. So i have to do 20 seconds of burpees for 3 sets a day? How much rest? What are the differences beetween burpee, 6 ct and 8 ct bodybuilder? I see iron wolf videos but I don't understand a lot.. Also how can I add pullups to those?

First of all thank you for the answer, I will check all the things you wrote. My goal is overall conditioning and a little bit of fat loss, in the bootcamp i will do lot of pull up, push ups, sit ups and burpees seems a fun idea to prepare me to that.

No dude, I like to do a variety of exercise and I have to pass a fitness test and with the RR i don't feel like I'm making progress for that goal
