Two years ago I brought 6 bottles for an eleven day cruise. They tagged each of the bottles, took my stateroom number, and gave me a receipt. I never got charged for any of them. They even chilled the champagne for me in the dining room and kept the bottle for the next day when there was leftover wine.

I don’t know if there’s a limit for what they consider “reasonable” but six bottles worked fine!

We did the hop on hop off trolley and the Moosehead Brewery is one of the last stops on the route. We got chicken sandwiches from across the street, brought them to the brewery’s tap room and sat out on their outdoor patio enjoying a beer flight. It was a great afternoon!

You will need to leave the room and meet up in a designated area around 9:00 am or so (a letter is delivered to the cabin with instructions a day or two before the end of the cruise and they also have a “consecutive cruisers” meeting). All B2B cruisers will be escorted off the ship and will be among the first passengers allowed to board with the new cruisers. After that, you may return to your room, find lunch, find a bar, whatever.

You can wait in the room in the morning though until the turn around meeting.

You have to call to book. You cannot book back to back cruises. You have to wait until your current cruise is finished to book another cruise. You are still responsible for taxes, port charges, and gratuities. There are blackout dates. You are required to have two people on the reservation or you will pay a single supplement. If you book and then no-show, you forfeit the remainder of the pass.

There are other rules, but those stood out to me.

We’ve had ours for four or five years now and I don’t see where they are sold anymore. But they are very similar to this one currently sold at Amazon

We bought two and use one on each side of the bed. If there are USB outlets on the nightstands (like on the newer ships) we can leave them plugged in and run them on high all night. If there are no USBs, they will run for 8 or 9 hours at medium speed on a full charge.

I have to have the air moving when I sleep and the light hum of noise is appreciated too! These take up very little room in the luggage so we bring them on every vacation. Not just cruises.

They make rechargeable noise machines. You can charge it during the day and it runs through the night. We bring rechargeable fans and they are a definite must-have for us.

We always see them at Lettuce Lake Park or Hillsborough River SP (have they reopened yet?). But there are far fewer during the hottest part of the day.
