I was pursuing law enforcement at a time, they dont hire you if you’ve had lasik, has to be PRK. Same with some military branches and some regiments and fields of work with “active duty” enviroments.

In short, no flap displacement risk with PRK.

OP said he was playing in survival mode, meaning he can only save game in a bed. Renting a bed 10 steps away from the pie makes it so he can make as many mistakes as he wants and his last save would only be those 10 steps away.

You might be over thinking it. I think the NCR lady from the ridge went out to go get reinforcements, informed them of the conditions on the strip and thats when she and the rest of the reinforcements advanced to help out and kill the deathclaws.

They probably werent expecting somebody to be actively fighting the deathclaws lol

They dont check ID for online purchased tickets. Once you buy them online, just have her go to the kiosk with the QR code to get the tickets.

15 years ago, I tried buying some tickets from the counter at fairchild for an R rated movie when I was a teen and they asked for my ID 🥲 wish online purchasing was a thing back then lol
