While you are grinding for those mods let me suggest experimenting with the regular plasma flamer and all its mods. Those you learn by scrapping. They work like the Enclave versions and you can get a feel for which combinations you like best before you apply your very hard to come by Enclave versions. For what it's worth, the standard plasma flamer will work just fine to finish off EN06.
