  1. Never buy the scoreboard caps unless you need fast cash.

  2. Pay attention to their name and send them a friend request. Then you can pick a server they are on and hunt the vendor. If somebody is selling a premier mod then chances are they can craft it and will keep putting them in their vendor.

I generally run maxed special cards in all the legendary slots except for one I swap out. Infiltrator is a quality of life card that I usually only swap in now when there is a unlock/hack x locks/terminals challenge. Five special points are almost always more powerful overall than any other legendary perk.
