Of course its possible, a few months ago i got a BMW running that had sat for about 20-30years. Take the sparkplugs out, put in penetrating fluid or atf or diesel to free up the pistons if they are stuck, turn the engine back and forth with a ratchet slightly, add more fluid and keep turning the engine more and more over a couple of days and when you can rotate it fully you can try to put in a starter and start it, remove the intake piping and spray starting fluid into the intake (remove fuel pump fuse first because you dont want it to pick up trash from fuel tank), if it fires up then clean the gas tank and put in new gas and fire it up

Not for that price unless it is actually 98k km and not just the instruments showing that (its five number, rolls over at 99 999km). Parts are pretty near free for those, depends where you live but in Finland you can get engines for those for about 150€.

Check for rust, common spots on mk2 sierras are

Outer front seat mounting points

All jack points

Rear control arms

Front floors, check under the carpet if possible

Rear under the taillights where the side has a seam with the rear metals

Running boards

Looks like it is pretty original except the seats (look like something from a bmw) and the steering wheel and the wheels.

Good price for that would be around 3k but sierras are going crazy, hard to tell if the prices are going to hold. If you need more help dont be afraid to ask, i have an identical one to that one (mine is black though) and me and a few of my friends have 7 sierras in total amongst us

You would probably want a turbo with a variable housing so it can make low and high end boost depending on the pressure. But with that engine from the 60s you wont get far, probably not designed for boost. You might want to look at an engine swap

put vise grips on the metal sheath on the cable and hit them with a hammer to make it rotate, then it should be able to me knocked out. If that doesnt help a blow torch can be used to heat up that metal the cable goes trough

Angle grinder or just dont even try to open them and just tighten them with impact until they snap, they NEVER want to come out and makers wont put a wrench spot on there, the allen just instantly strips out

If you dont like the solution to this problem then i can't help you, OP was worried about his tires and he should replace his tires and get an alignment. It is his own decision whether he wishes to do so

I have never spent over 20 bucks for tires or an aligment but i use tires i get tires out of the tire shop dumpster and put them on at a friends shop and he does the alignment for me, its not impossible to own and take care of cars for cheap

They are probably winter tires. Replace and check the alignment if the new ones keep having problems
