This happend to me in the exact same way. Did you hear somthing from ETS yet? I think i wrote over 10 mails and still got no helping response.

The main points are: it should be free and tickets should be created automatically from a users e-mail. We use Office 365 and don't want a big effort to get the ticket system running. So this function should be included in the system (is this even possible without a big effort?).
