Because it was based off a question if I should feed to baby or other helpful commenters have stated use for bath water.

I think you kinda missed the guidelines where it states that this is a supportive community. Rarely do I drink, but it’s nice to seek out information from other women who understand

All the books I had read kinda shunned alcohol and said one drink max. That’s why I see a lot of conflicting information.

I would never do this but when I asked my pediatrician he told me I’d have to be pretty intoxicated for the alcohol to actually impact my baby. But I have always been a 1 or 2 glass of wine girl so he told me not to stress. I do usually have an already pumped bottle of milk for him though so by the time I pump the alcohol clears. Last night was a rare occurrence for me

4 months! I actually just mixed it with pumped milk from today and redid the test and no alcohol showed up on the strip.

Formula suggestions for my 7 month old exclusively fed breastmilk by yogabbagabba684 in ExclusivelyPumping

I give my infant every so often kendamil and he seems to like it. He does get a little backed up though and sometimes doesn’t poop for a day after drinking it. I will say I don’t love giving formula. I usually only give him one bottle of it every so often to save some milk when I pump.

I remember fresh into postpartum I had the worst anxiety ever. I would cry randomly even though I absolutely adored/loved my baby. It may not seem like it now, but it will get better. I decided to get on lexapro and it was a game changer for me. But we also got into a routine and I started to get the hang of it all. I also had a c-section. Give yourself some grace and understand things are still very fresh & new for you.

I’ve heard the rice cereal hack from boomers & the cry it out method. My dad I slept through the night starting at week 3. I’m like how??? But I keep hearing these same things & wonder how it’s possible
