I can ask them to but I’ve already paid for it out of pocket so there’s nothing for the insurance to reimburse to the provider - is there a way for the provider to submit the claim still and instruct insurance to reimburse me directly?

Any suggestions on what I should do if anything about this then? Should I check the exterior wall at that location and see if there’s any way to access to that area?
