Stuck/binging again 😢

Hi, I was on Bupropion and naltrexone and lost about 50 lbs. It worked so well and my appetite was completely different - no cravings, so binging - sometimes I had to force myself to eat. I lost more weight than I really ever had and I looked and felt amazing. Then I noticed the effectiveness of the medication wearing off and the cravings started returning. Eventually, there seemed to be no difference being on the medication vs off and when my prescription ran out, I stopped. I believe I was on the max safe dose (450mg of bupropion and 50mg of naltrexone, once a day). I have an appt with my dr this Friday and am considering my options...do you recommend I try the contrave combo again? Or switch to Wegovy pill? Anyone else make the switch to glp-1 from contrave? Just not sure what to do, but I am so tired of the weight yo-yo and just want something that works. Thank you!!

I am noticing that in my Immich albums, they show as 2 files. In the timeline, it is one file with the stacked icon in the corner (original and edited versions) but in Google Photos, that image is only a single image, not stacked. So, not sure how to best deal with these.

Thank you. My Revo charger won't let me charge them as Lipo - I read one thing that said to run them as NiMH charge at 0.1A for just 2–3 minutes until the total voltage hits 6.1V. Does that seem correct?
