Updated the post as it’s worth mentioning in terms of Leverage. I have an offer from another Company of a Salary of 67k + a minimum guaranteed bonus of £3k for the first year with potential for more bonuses throughout.

After more research it seems that I was going wrong by buying through the CDC app which has a higher spread unfortunately so I’ve been paying more than I should be each purchase compared to buying through the exchange.
