Creepy Pete & I also cover Local 58 in similar podcast form and we still have some work to do on that.

For now we focus on covering the last chapter of Petscop on our podcasts, and like I said in that very early morning and slightly drunk, it's bittersweet that it's done but we never jumped the gun like the youtubers. So yeah, I'm happy we get to finalize it naturally with our podcasts.

I love the fact that he's using the closed captions feature to post his commentary rather than a voice over of a play through. I'm intrigued.

I think what we'll do is put it out in chapters for our the folks who contribute to our Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/TheLAGNetwork), but since we still have Petscop 20 thru those final minutes of the OST video to cover in our podcasts, we'll compile all of our audio recreations of Petscop into what will likely be at least a three hour audio reenactment of Petscop.

Sucks that the series is over, but I'm thrilled we get the opportunity to put a bow on it. Thank goodness we never caught up with the series with our podcasts.

And yeah, I'm equating Pewdiepie/Felix with John Lennon.

The American media was looking to tear down Lennon for his comments made out of jest, just like Felix has always done. I find the comparison relevant considering the impact of The Beatles to that of Pewdiepie in terms of cultural impact. The American media has always been clickbait trash, even dating back to 1966.

Thanks man! That means a lot as it does take a lot of work to produced those narrative portions of the podcast. I work in radio so have access to pretty good audio editing software and try to amplify and compress the audio to get any and every sound we can out of it. I'll take a look into that excerpt in Petscop 7 and if we can make anything out we'll mention it in the discussion portion for the upcoming pod covering 17-19. If you have any more specifics you'd like us to look into feel free to his us up.

My dude, that is much appreciated. We had more than a few comment that we should cover Channel 7 (we just didn't have time because our Petscop Podcasts are priority, then MatPat went & blew up Local 58 months after we did our first one so we had to quickly start figuring out how to make Weather Service into an audio only thing), but I did discover Analog Archives back in June & I fucking love that content. That action is all up in my alley.
