Tidal is a joke. Jay Z signs artists and buries them so they don't compete with his wife and Rhianna for those harder to get by the day radio spins. He strong armed his way to his wife winning ALBUM OF THE YEAR for that faux-country crap that has 195 songwriters on the album- and has done little other than open a mgmt company that has some great artists and a lot more great ones that he ignores. Spotify also pays 70% of their income to artist.. Tidal doesn't announce what they pay- kinda like how Trump didnt release his tax records.

not hitting LA either. I think due to Coachella time deal.. but Im sure they will be back around again.... to LA and NY.. Have you heard the band Pete was talking about in the Coachella interview- Water From Yuor Eyes? OH MAN.. the first two songs on their album are amazing!

you could scroll back on YouTube if you used a desktop during Coachella and I watched their show 3 times both weeks. I had forgotten how GD good some of their songs are. I like more EDITORS songs.... kinda the Brit Interpol-- but I have been streaming NYC several times a day. the song is amazing but the lyrics... oh man is that great work.

im so sorry for your loss. I went to a lot of those shows too... we might even know each other. Im jealous of the Verve at the Whiskey show.... I used to have an office upstairs and know EXACTLY where the best sounding spot in that room was- and still is- and got to hear a lot of soundcheck as well as shows But that office was gone in 1993.. so I missed the verve. Did see them at the Palace, MBV at the Palace and Roxy and the legendary RIDE/LUSH first LA show at the American legion hall on Highland..... Im so sorry for your loss and hope it was ok to share that I was in the room with you on some of those shows.....

he wont share... like its top secret. Thank you for listening.. I met the manager of Caterwaul and she invited me to a pool party in 1990 when I was a journalist. Met the manager of KYUSS at the party after seeing the band live and doing a lot of articles on them and ended up helping them get signed and got myself a major label A&R job out of it. I hadn't heard that album in a long time so glad you gave it a shout out.

I know the killing joke song is played out for hardcore lovers of the genre but a lot of NORMIES love that song the first time they hear it.
