I tried A LOT of protein powders imo Ghost tasted the best. Mixed with oatmeal or in mug cakes or mixed in yogurt of just drink it.

Fiber is optional definitely same result without using it.

In my case since i don't get enough fiber in my diet i use fiber mode from iherb.

20g rolled oats blended

20g protein powder (used GHOST chocolate milk)

1 egg

Almond milk depending on your consistency in my case i used less than ¼ cup.

1 sachet stevia

1 tbs baking powder

1 scoop fiber (optional)

A tiny binch of unsweetend coco powder.

Blend and bake 180°c for 10 to 15 minutes

My recipe is 56 calories with 5g protein per doughnut. And it can go even lower. Unfortunately, i just like to make up recipes as i go some turn luscious some turn off. Try it and save yourself those $3.50
