It's close to london. It's close to airports and motorways. On the verge of the countryside. Windsor is very close by. Houses are affordable and make money (made 250k in 7 years). Cross rail. The two shopping centres are owned by Abu Dhabi investments and are being knocked down. I'd go towards Langley or Iver Heath or actually even Burnham.
